Ovens – OVENS: Heat oven to approximately 200F, then turn off. Spray or flow cleaner without dilution on all surfaces to be cleaned.
Allow to set 5-10 minutes or until soils are softened. Thoroughly rinse all surfaces with water and wipe dry. Heavily soiled items May require a second application. Stubborn spots may sometimes require the use of a scouring pad.
Grills – Warm grill to 150F -175F dilute cleaner with an equal amount of water and pour a small amount on the grill. Spread over the surface and allow to set for 5-10 minutes or work solution back and forth until the soil is loosened. Thoroughly rinse surfaces with water and wipe dry.
Deep fryers – Drain oil grease from the fryer and rinse with hot water to remove undrained fat. Fill the fryer with water to within 3-4 inches from the top, & add 4-6 ozs. of cleaner to each gallon of water in the fryer and boil the solution for 15-30 minutes. Turn the heat off. Drain all solutions from the fryer. Thoroughly rinse surfaces with water and wipe dry.
Apply as necessary.
